Welcome to the 38th Edition of AMB Law's Insolvency Update which is the first one for nearly two years . A lot seems to have happened in that time – numerous Conservative governments have come and gone and the restructuring and insolvency profession has seen something of a resurgence with numbers on the up in all areas (apart from CVAs which have been largely kiboshed by HMRC's extended preferential status).
