Welcome to the 38th Edition of AMB Law's Insolvency Update which is the first one for nearly two years . A lot seems to have happened in that time – numerous Conservative governments have come and gone and the restructuring and insolvency profession has seen something of a resurgence with numbers on the up in all areas (apart from CVAs which have been largely kiboshed by HMRC's extended preferential status).

This edition represents an exciting milestone as AMB Law was four years old this month – we opened our doors for business on 1 May 2013.
